The main goal of our company, which was established under the leadership of Turkish Tarım Kredi Kooperatifleri, one of Turkey's most established organizations and at the same time the largest farmer family, is the human resource, which is the most important capital of our company affiliated with our umbrella company Tarım Kredi Holding;
It aims to protect the natural products of our farmers against market conditions, purchase them at affordable market prices and process them in our factories at international standards, thus providing our people with the opportunity to consume economical, high-quality and natural food.
In this context; Basically, our employees go through selection and placement processes with our merit-based employment policy and fair approach principles, and we assign positions in our companies to people who are suitable for team work, idealistic and open to innovation, regardless of ethnicity, language, religion, gender and political opinion.
