International Food Products and Technologies Fair (WorldFood Istanbul) was held with the participation of 835 companies from 25 different countries. The TarımKredi Birlik stand at WorldFood Istanbul, which stands out as one of the most important fairs of the food industry, attracted great attention from visitors.

WorldFood Istanbul, which is the meeting point of the Turkish food industry with its international stakeholders and was held for the 30th time this year, was held at TÜYAP Fair and Congress Center between 1 and 4 September. Tarım Kredi Birlik, one of the subsidiaries of the Tarım Kredi Grup, participated in the fair, which pioneered the exhibition of services, technologies and products in the sector and the communication of domestic producers and entrepreneurs with sector stakeholders from all over the world.

Noting that WorldFood Istanbul provides an ideal environment for foreign companies to explore the Turkish food sector, for local and foreign companies to connect with important buyers in the sector and to promote their products in new markets, TK Holding Deputy Chairman of the Board of Directors and Chief Executive Officer Temel Tayyar Yeşil said, "This organization has been serving food industry for 30 years." One of the most important meeting points for industry stakeholders. Approximately 40 thousand people from 163 countries visited the fair, which included 835 participants from 25 different countries. As Tarım Kredi Birlik, we were happy to take part in the fair where so many products were exhibited and where there were unique sales and business networking opportunities. Our aim is to increase our awareness in the sector and make it easier for our farmers to access the market for handmade products. 

Great interest in the Tarım Kredi stand

Stating that they were one of the stands that attracted the most attention at the fair, Yeşil said;

More than 500 national and international companies and more than 200 purchasing managers visited the WorldFood 2022 stand of Tarım Kredi Birlik A.Ş., one of the subsidiaries of the Tarım Kredi Grup. We also received the favor of many guests, including natural product associations and gastronomy teams and chefs at the fair. This is very satisfying for us. On the other hand, we understood our responsibility even better. By increasing our work in this direction, we will continue our activities for both consumer satisfaction and production diversity and sustainability.
